Interview
The interview process was too long. I applied online, and then online assessment for half an hour. Then a short phone interview with a recruiter asked for availability and salary expectations. Then the first round group interview in the store with 5 other candidates, it lasted 2 hrs. I passed the first round, then the second round interview with the store manager one by one, and then I needed to go to the sales floor with a supervisor who was next to me and showed her nice engagement with customers. I felt a bit uncomfortable, cause I had no chance to join them, I felt a bit rude if I disturbed their conversation and introduced some products myself. And the supervisor gave me a low score cause I didn’t have actively engaged with customers. The whole process took me 4 weeks, and each round of interviews was 2 hrs, it took me too much time for a part- time job application.

Interview
