The process was simple and comfortable, taking about a month in total. I first received a phone call from HR, followed by an online interview with the manager and HR team a week later. Both the HR and manager were very polite and supportive throughout. The interview focused on technical skills relevant to the role and included several behavioral questions about how I handle challenges at work and with colleagues.
