Recruiter ghosted candidates for weeks after the second interview, which was very unprofessional. The first interview with HR was extremely brief and only served to collect basic information before moving me to the next stage. The second interview with the manager went smoothly and felt more like a genuine conversation, which made the process initially promising. Unfortunately, after that, there was no follow-up or response at all, even when I reached out to the recruiter via email. This lack of communication left a very negative impression of the company’s hiring process.
