I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Papa John's (Akron, OH) in Nov 2014
Interview
Called and asked if I could be there in a few hours. It was very informal and short. We even started paperwork that day. He asked very few questions, mostly if I had a car and insurance and if I would do a background check.
Applied online then came in for an interview. Was fairly simple, asked my experience and how I see myself fitting in with the rest of the team and workers. Also asked how many pizzas I can fit in my car.
I applied for the job, got the call back for an interview and got started after signing the contract. It wasn't hard, they asked me a few questions about my past experiences and my goals of the position.
It was easy enough. They asked me if I can drive and come on time. I said I did. They also told me I have to add something to Glassdoor to keep using it. Please disregard this note, I never actually worked at Papa John's
