Super easy. Basically you give them your availability and start date. Some general managers will ask for more information, but I’ve rarely seen it done in my 6 years there.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Papa John's in Sep 2015
Interview
I went in, filled out an application, and they called me a few days later. Asked me a few questions and I started that week. It wasnt hard at all, and the job itself didn't take very long to pick up. It's a good job for students, because the boss did work aroubd their schedules.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Papa John's in Jun 2020
Interview
I applied online, and they called me to set up an interview within 2 weeks. The "interview" was actually just them taking my documents and telling me when I would start. I got the opportunity to ask them any questions I had as well. The only question I was asked was on my way out the manager jokingly asked how I deal with stress because this is a stressful job.

Interview
Arrived at the interview. Listed my availability and experience. Got a call back the next day for a follow-up. I filled out the paperwork and completed the training courses online. After that, I was officially hired.
