Totally standard, inconsequential and useless questions. Clearly directed by someone unqualified to be interviewing without understanding of the role being filled.
It also seems they have hired a GC. It's a shame for this company because her linkedin is not at all indicative of what she is really like. Based on a prior exchange with her at her prior company. Caring about Hr and people does not seem to be top priority for her.

Phone interview with COO. Typical questions. He said that he had some more interviews the next week and that I would hear back shortly. I never heard back. I emailed 3 weeks later. I eventually (not right away) got an email back indicating that they lost track of my application and interview, I just disappeared, and by the way they filled the position. I saw that someone at Parachute looked me up on LinkedIn at that point, clearly showing they no longer had my application and resume. Highly unprofessional treatment.
