I was impressed at how prompt the recruiting team was at responding to messages. Everyone I connected at Parachute with was very warm and personable. Fair warning - the interviews are very conversational, and it was more so driven by the interviewee. For example, the hiring manager started the interview by asking me if I had any questions, which in my experience is usually saved at the end. Not sure if this is good or bad, just different than other interviews I've taken!
