Overall, this was the most bizarre and off-putting interview process I ever experienced. The interviewer looked like they didn't want to be there. Didn't introduce themselves or tell me anything about the company or the role. They started the call by asking what questions I had for them, asked me a few questions that couldn't have possibly given them enough to go off of and then ended the interview. I had staffing companies be more thoughtful throughout the interview process. You neither discover nor attract top tier talent via this process. Overall, after this interaction, I absolutely lost interest in the company even if they wanted to move forward.

Second level interview involved discussing one of my past projects. Interviewers were not very engaged and the format did not lend itself to a thorough vetting. I received no updates from recruiter until I contacted them 10 days after the interview.
