      IT Manager Interview

      Feb 13, 2020
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Paradigm in Jan 2020

      Interview

Pretty standard questions how I would handle situations, what type of leader am I, and how I handled operations from day to day. What was a very fun conversation and going back and forth with this company turned confusing at the end as here I thought I was impressing the recruiter only to be told that I'm overqualified! I was horrified! I mean If I'm applying for a job, there is a reason right, but I was taken out of the run because I was "too good" for them? It makes no sense to me as you would think you want the best qualified, but it doesn't seem so in this case. Worse yet, they never let me know they weren't considering me even though I emailed them at the end.
