I was interviewed by the Manager and current team lead. They asked me basic compatibility questions and background information, along with basic personality questions. Who do I most look up to and why? How do I handle conflict. I was an internal candidate, so they asked me some questions in areas that were transferable to this role. Overall, it was a low stress experience.
