After application, I was contacted within a couple of days for an interview. The interview team consisted of two coordinators and the director. The interview process was fairly relaxed with some thoughtful questions. I was contacted by the director a couple of days later with a job offer which I accepted. Filled out numerous forms at least twice for both the director and the HR department. After about 10 days I was contacted by the director with a start date.
