Representative contacted me via phone to set up the interview. Given the wrong address for the office. Meeting rescheduled. Met with two Directors. Asked generic "Tell me about a time you..." questions. Very curious about why I was leaving a job I held for 15 years. They ended the interview by saying they have a Manager Trainee program, for which an interim person was already in place. Therefore, I felt like I was used simply to meet fair hiring requirements. Never called back to let me know if the position was filled.
