I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Parallon (Nashville, TN) in Apr 2024
Interview
It was lengthier — 3 rounds. One over the phone, one with management, and one with executives. After the executive interview, it took about 2 weeks to hear back. Other than that period of time, it was a decently quicker process

Question 1
They asked me much about my leadership skills and how I’ve demonstrated them through my experiences.
Consisted multiple interviews. They want to know you and your experience. Also know as much as you can about the position and who they are and what they do. I would say it is easy if you review all these and prepare.
