Involved one online interview and then in-person. In-person was with other candidates. First part was round-table discussion with the other candidates then a speed date round with the interviewers. Was nerve-racking but interviewers are easy-going.

It was one group interview, they asked a lot of situational questions and what you are interested in doing in broadcast media. The manager and two coordinators were also a part of the interview process.
