Interview
I applied in early February, HR contacted me in mid-March and conducted a phone interview to see which department fits me best. Then HR set up an interview with department managers. I interviewed with 4 managers back to back on interview day. And basically all the questions are from my resume. One week later HR told me I'm offered the internship.
It was a very simple process. I applied in January and they reached out I believe at the end of February. I had a recruiter phone screening, then immediately had a 30-minute chat with my Manager. Overall it took about a month or so.
I applied for the program. After applying I received an interview update. I was interviewed with general questions before being taken to interview with the hiring manager. It was a pleasant experience
The interview process was very smooth and each of the interviewers I spoke to were friendly and encouraging. I had a great experience and would highly recommend applying for Paramount's internships.
