I had a very good experience. The recruiter set up an interview with the team and was notified that I got the position a week later. No phone interview before, just 45 minute interview with one of the managers.

Apply online, received an email from HR a few months later and then again after a month. Set up an "interview" with an HR or "Campus Relations" rep. Very basic screening interview and they act as your liasion for the company. They set you up with an interview with a specific team. Interview with the team was good, very easygoing and friendly, mostly fit questions and experience.
