I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Paramount (New York, NY) in Nov 2018
Interview
Applied via the online portal and had a screening call about a week later, followed by an online recorded video interview process following that about a week later, and then a week later I had an in-person with each member of the team. I was then given a mock brief due in a week for a CBS product and was told to create a media plan and pitch deck around to gauge how my media planning skills was and how quickly I could turnaround a presentation. I was then invited back to meet the head of the team after submitting. I did not originally receive the offer, but after about a month, they messaged me saying their original choice did not end up working out and would like to move forward with me!

Tell me a time where you've had to work with a client that had demands that were not feasible and beyond what the team/budget could achieve.
Great interview process! First round with talent recruiter and second with the team. Talent recruiter was communicative. Took about 4 weeks from applying to receiving my offer letter. Interview itself was mostly behavioral based and ensuring I can do the required tasks.
