The interviewing process was very thorough. They were straightforward with how the experience would go and what my day-to-day activities would look like. Any questions I had, they answered them thoroughly.

The Paramount internship interview went really well, and I felt like it was a great conversation overall. I really enjoyed getting to learn more about the role and sharing more about my background and interest in sports production.

Interview
There was one AI text-based interview, a phone screening with a recruiter over a month later, then a Zoom call with the hiring manager. I got the results a week after meeting with the hiring manager.
The first call will be with a recruiter; they'll go over which team you'll be joining. Second is a panel interview with the rest of the staff at the location.
