Interview
The interview process went very smoothly. I applied online, heard back from an HR rep about 4 months after, and went in for an interview the next day. The HR rep asked about my resume (straight forward- no tricks) and asked which department I would like to be placed in. The one on one interview is mainly to see if you and your potential boss hit it off. If not, I was under the impression that the HR rep might be willing to let me interview with another department.
I applied for the program. After applying I received an interview update. I was interviewed with general questions before being taken to interview with the hiring manager. It was a pleasant experience
The interview process was very smooth and each of the interviewers I spoke to were friendly and encouraging. I had a great experience and would highly recommend applying for Paramount's internships.
