Interview
One week after applying, I received a phone call from an outside screening company. They gave general information about the job and asked if I knew how to use hand tools and other diagnostic tools. A few days later I received a phone call from HR. They gave more specific job details and emailed me a map of the geography I would be covering and general health insurance information and costs. I was given the starting salary. I was able to negotiate a higher pay if an offer was extended. I was asked about my job experience and what I could bring to the table. A few days later HR called me back wanting an in person interview. I met the hiring manager a week later at a local hotel lobby. He asked the typical job interview questions. It was fairly informal. It lasted a little over an hour. Three days later I was offered the position.

Interview
Got interview through an agency took 2 weeks to get face to face interview. When to the interview with district manager and supervisor they spoke about their products and what they do. Then they started to ask me a question about my job history. They ask me what I do in the field at my current job and I told them. They ask me technically and customer service questions answer everything they ask me. Then I ask them a lot of question regarding the job and they answer them. They had me doing and IT troubleshooting on their computer which I pass. Then after almost 2 hours left the hotel Lobby. When I got home I received a call from them they wanted to hire me. They gave me a decent offer but I decline. Due to the fact they couldn't accommodate a day I requested. Throughout that, I was able to discover it was not the company I wanted to work or spent my time with. Other than it was a pleasant interview and I wish them much luck finding their right candidate.
