Parexel Start-Up Lead interview questions

Screening interview with the recruiter and 2 interviews with hiring managers. The last interview included delivering a short presentation and the manager asking questions about it. Presentation topics were very relevant to the role giving the opportunity to showcase your past experience. Friendly interviewers that answered all my questions and gave me a great sense of what the culture of the company would be like. Th recruiter was very responsive and kept me updated throughout the process.
