Phone interview, informal, asked questions about my experience and resume. Some situational questions (behavioral). After phone interview was told I would be called back by a certain time if not then shoot an e-mail. Minutes after my email on the last day I got email back that they went a different direction. I hate that comment... just be honest and let the person know why they were not slected.
