Three skype interviews., then two weeks of training/interviews in Miami. Very friendly and supportive of the whole process. I was giuded through by the recruiter and giving a lot of information on the company. I never felt rushed and had the chance to ask questions.

After sending a direct email to a recruiter I heard back within a few days to schedule a skype interview. The skype interview was very few questions, with more focus on the living aboard a cruise ship. They only seek people with a strong sales background, a degree in art or past shipboard experience.
