The whole process was easy and transparent. I had two interviews, both which I had to schedule over Skype. The first interview was immediately after my application. After the first interview, I was invited to a second interview. In the second interview, I had to do a presentation about one of the artists at the company.

A tough, but fair, process that quickly figures out whether you can withstand the rough and tumble world of shipboard art auctions. It used to be a lot harder, but now they are better at guiding people through the process.

Interview
Have the ability to present in front of many people. Sales presentations as well as a good understanding of many mediums, artists and reasons to collect. You need to show you have the ability to think on your feet and work as part of a team. Be willing to travel all over the world.
