You are told immediately if you're successful, the second interview is about a presentation of 2 minutes. They will give you an artist to present on and present you with links to find information. If successful the thirs interview is about presentations and test on different artist. They will send you a booklet and then you have to do a bunch of medicals and test then you go to training in Miami for 2 weeks of more intense training, if you do well at training then you get an amazing contract.
