I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Parsley Health
Interview
Disrespectful hiring manager that didn't show up to the interview they themselves scheduled. Hiring manager didn't even apologize (nor email me directly what-so-ever for their gross disrespect) and asked to reschedule because they "got busy".
Acted like it was business as normal as if they didn't just completely disrespect and waste my time. Candidates don't get paid to find a spot they can talk, to interview, or to sit waiting for you when you decide to skip the interview.
If a manager here can't even be bothered to show up to an interview that they themselves scheduled, then why should a candidate be expected to reschedule? So that you can waste more of my time when you skip it again?
Not to mention how they would probably react if a candidate just blatantly didn't show up to an interview and then asked to reschedule without even so much as an apology.
Talk about a double-standard here.
Clearly this company believes that their paid time is far more important than your unpaid time and will disrespectfully treat you as such. If they treat random strangers like that, I can only imagine how badly they treat employees.
To readers, might want to pay attention to the dates of all their Glassdoor reviews, as they're all written on like one of 3 dates, which is pretty unnatural.
