Interview
Extremely long interview process with little to no clarity of timeline from recruiting. I understand that they want to hire the correct people and make sure that it's the right fit given their extreme demand of prospective hires, but I was left oftentimes very frustrated with 3-4 weeks in between any correspondence from their team on where we were at in the process. Lack of feedback on conversations had with hiring managers. Had to follow up multiple times with the recruiter to get interviews or next steps on the calendar.
