Interview
Two remote interviews, the first was a group and the second just you and two interviewers. The process was really smooth and the interviewers were friendly. Make sure you know about the background of the company and its mission! Most of the questions will be about that, as well as asking about how you'd handle various customer service situations.

Interview
I submitted my application and received an email with an assessment which consisted of simple math, typing, and personal questions. They reached out a few days later asking to schedule an interview. The interview took place over Google Meet and it took around 20 minutes. They allowed time to introduce everyone, asked 3 simple questions, and ended with any comments and questions I had. I was expecting something much more difficult, but it was relaxed and the people were super friendly.

The interview was 20 minutes. They asked three questions all pertaining to experience with customers. Then they opened it up for you to ask questions. They shared that each interview was graded and that determined choices for hours and whether they picked you or not. I was notified a week later if I got the job or not.

They sent me a link to their website where I could study all about the company and prepare myself for the interview. But it was useless. They made me other questions. About past experiences and the distance form the office.

They asked me where I lived (in the same place I put on my cv) and how long it takes the journey from there to Amesterdam. They were disappointed that I didn't live nearer.
