Very out there questions that don't apply to the job. I was asked What is something you do thats out of the box in your life and asked for an example because I was confused by the question. When i gave my answer I felt that it wasnt weird enough for them.

What is something you do thats out of the box in your life
You begin with a group interview - there were 2 people interviewing(store manager & assistant manager) and 2-3 getting interviewed. They ask each interviewee the same question and you take turns answering. They do not decide which of you answers first - they are testing to see how you interact with one another. From there, they choose people to do one on one interviews with.

They go through each of the core values and ask you retail questions related to them. Do your research. For example: Tell us about a time that you went above and beyond for a customer. How does this position align with our mission statement?
