Patagonia is one of the company's with a great storytelling and sustainable purpose in life. Very much future oriented, which was something their recruitment process was NOT at all. They work with a very boring, old-fashioned, German recruitment agency that was intimidated by my CV and my salary expectations. The woman showed the poker face HR-textbook body language and could hardly smile. She also asked questions with hidden assumptions. Although her body language was of an ice-queen, she did show that I was too ambitious in life. Something I can't understand. This experience was bizar and I would recommend no-one to apply here. What a joke. Happy to learn this from the start as this is not what I am looking for at all! Curious to know if Patagonia's CEO is aware of this. Will contact him over Linked in. Would recommend him to go through his own recruitment funnel to learn what it is like!
