First contact through a recruiter. Next round of interviews was with a group that asked the same boilerplate questions as most other interviews. I was surprised by how pat these questions were and expected a bit more of a conversation from such a spirited company.

The same behavioral questions as most other interviews: "Tell us about a time when you had a conflict with a fellow employee and how you resolved it?". "Tell us what inclusion means to you?" "Tell us about a time when you had to manage multiple responsibilities. How did you handle that?"
