Received invite to interview after about 2.5 weeks - was ready to pull the plug on the app. Interview scheduled with store manager and unexpectedly a manager or supervisor from another store joins in to help facilitate the interview. I'm unsure as to why neither of these interviewers started off talking about the position first and the company a little bit - they wanted to go straight in - but I had to ask for an overview of the position and they covered maybe half of the basics of what I might expect to hear in a brief introductory statement. Either way, store manager reached out once more to follow up and another appointment was made. Interviewer did not call when expected and never heard back. Very unprofessional. Very strange interview experience and will not be applying to any locations they have in the NE at all. As a customer of the brand I'm also somewhat hesitant to spend money there if this is the 'talent' that is expected to bring on new 'talent'.
