Can't describe the interview process because no one ever showed up for my interview, which I can see from another review has happened on their bio engineer reqs also. Being a recruiter, I understand things happen; but the fact I've sent two follow up emails to the hiring manager, and even reached out to other recruiters on the team via LinkedIn to understand what happened and get zero response is.... not very inspiring. Not sure if they lost interest or went out of business! Shame because it seems like a very cool and innovative company but given how hot the job market is across the board, this style of approach will get them no where in a hurry unfortunately.
