(Give an actual weakness for this one, not a strength flipped into a weakness. For example, a lot of people will say that their weakness is that they are perfectionists and that takes a lot of time and it distracts them from doing other things blah blah blah. Give a real weakness like: I'm indecisive, I'm afraid to take risks, etc... And also one example of when you overcame your particular weakness.) -Why should we hire you? -Why do you want this job? -What is your spirit animal? (wild card question to see how you think on your feet) You'll finish by reading a script for them to see if you sound good. Come prepared for this interview!
