I applied through college or university. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at PayPal (Boston, MA) in May 2015

      Interview

It's the average interview process. I was given a booklet of coding problems that I could choose two to answer. The interviewer then left the room for me to solve it alone. After an allotted period of time, they come back and ask you to explain your solution. After that, the managers and team members sit down with you and ask questions.

      Question 1

      17. Give an example of a time you failed to handle a project effectively. What was your solution? What did you learn from it?
