1. Got an email from recruiter 2. Reverted to that email and as a next step recruiter asked me to submit the case study (Either using SQL/R/Python) within next 2 days. Note: Currently, I'm working as senior position and it is really hard to spend time on Case study but still I was able to manage it) 3. After submission recruiter is informing that Hiring manager had changed the mind so they are first going to take 3 Rounds of interview and then you'll have to do case study (My efforts wasted as I already submitted the case study) I argued with recruiter but no use of as they were not listening to it. 3. So for the first round of interview I have been forced to allot time on Friday and they were so reluctant about this. They do not bother about candidates availability. Anyway interview had been scheduled. 4. Round 1: Technical Interview. - Suppose to ask SQL, Statistics, R/Python and Tableau question - I have been asked mostly all non-technical question except 2 SQL question. It was not a technical interview at all. - I sensed that interviewer is in-experienced. In technical round of interview I have been rejected based on asking non-technical questions It was completely waste of my time and really bad experience.
