I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PayPal in Sep 2021

Interview

In person interview was contacted by recruiters. Spoke to the head of talent acquisition who made me work on a "fake" client document. I spent 48 hours completing and submitting the said document and never heard back from them. Extremely unprofessional.

The interview process was professional, yet informal. Multiple meetings with multiple individuals over a few weeks. Not sure how necessary it was to meet so many individuals and got confusing as to who it was you would be working with.

I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at PayPal in Jan 2021

Interview

Received call from recruiter for position of Talent Acquisition. No JD. They have process of 3 Rounds. 1 Round : Technical, 2 nd Round: Competency and Behavioral, Round 3 : Cultural Fitment. Each round for an hour duration. Overall Interview experience was good, fruitful and learning .

Technical Hiring done. Focusing more on tech experience. Role plays . Case study to check how good you are in dealing on high volume hiring.
