I submitted my resume and recieved an email back that they weren't hiring for that position, but that they'd interview me anyway. I sat through four in-person interviews (on four separate days). I continually asked if they were hiring for the position I applied for and they said they had a change of plans and they were now. Finally after the fourth interview, I got offered a job in sales as they stated they weren't hiring for the position I applied/interviewed for.
