3 interviews of about 30 minutes each. First with a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Basically qualifying you as a good candidate for the position. Second interview with the head of the BD team. More specific to the position and dove deeper into me as a person and my experiences. Last interview was with the head of sales. Mostly just a formality it felt like, one last gauge of character and ability to think on your feet. All three people were super nice and nothing felt forced.
