I applied through a temp agency. I first had a phone interview that took about 20 minutes that was short and sweet. I then got called in for a face to face interview where I met with the head of empowerment and who would potentially be my boss. Then got called in for an additional face to face interview where I got to meet the head of the department I was applying for.
