I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Paychex (Rochester, NY) in Oct 2016
Interview
Initially contacted by a recruiter. This led to a phone screen, one on one meeting, and then group meeting. It was thorough, friendly, thoughtful, and fun. There was a nice tour of a a great environment.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Paychex in Jun 2023
Interview
Bad Experience The process took 6 weeks and 4 rounds which were being scheduled after week or so. Interviews were average. Situation based questions were asked. After the final round they went quiet for two weeks. I had to reach out via another employee to know that they are not going forward. They wasted my time only to ghost me. No courtesy whatsoever. Treating candidates like disposable entities .
