I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Paychex in Aug 2015
Interview
I was contacted by their internal recruiter.Whole process was three weeks.
First step was a very long personality test. It is not hard just long. I was then phone screened by HR and passed onto the hiring manager. The hiring manager was a really nice guy and asked a series of behavioral questions. I was then moved onto the next step which was a ride along. I thought I ride along went well and I was more interested in position after a day in the field. However, I was not selected after the ride along and received the dear the john letter in an email. Very normal interview process everyone was respectful of my time and I was disappointed to not be offered the position.
