Initial phone screen for 30 minutes, 40 question assessment, then waited an entire month before anyone reached out again. Proceeded with another phone interview which was over an hour of only behavioral questions. Then waited another month to hear back, went to onsite interview which ended up being 1.5 hours and was exactly the same questions I was asked in the previous 1 hour interview. Never heard back to this day.
