I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Paychex
Interview
20-25 minutes structured interview with predetermined questions. The guy that interviewed me was a little nervous/jumpy but I think he was just new. The questions were pretty straight forward about describing situations you were in previously and how you handled them.

Question 1
Describe a time when you set and achieved a stretch goal for yourself. How did you achieve your goal?
Easy and very informative. Questioned were more situation based. I was asked what I knew about the company so I studied the values of the company. I did 2 rounds of interviews. One with a supervisor and another with a hiring manager.
I interviewed through 3 rounds, once with a recruiter, then with a hiring manager and the district manager (at the same time), and then with the VP. They were interested in more than just my experience, they also wanted me to demonstrate knowledge of their respective areas of business.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Paychex in Jul 2025

Recruiter called me. Easy process. Friendly and prompt. The entire deal took less than 30 minutes of time. Basic questions that one would expect. I was offered the position but I had multiple offers.
