I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Paychex (Rochester, NY) in Dec 2018
Interview
Three interviews; brief phone interview, three on one interview with potential team leads, final interview with upper management. Very quick and easy process, took less than a week. Received an offer just a day after my final interview. During the three on one interview they asked very basic, syntax related, questions and had me trace through a small code snippet and explain what it did. Basic java related questions; what are the java access modifiers and what do they mean, what is a try-catch-finally, what does the final keyword do, etc.

And after that the HR team contacted me with the offer.
