I applied for the position online. I was contacted for a phone interview that was a bit in-depth. The interviewer was very impressed and set me up for a the skills test and face-to-face interview right away. I passed the testing and was interviewed by 2 managers, then taken on a tour of the office which included me meeting the two members of upper management. The process was pretty quick. There was about a month between me applying and my first day of work.

I had two interviews. First one was with one manager and the second was with two other managers. The interview s lasted about 30 minutes each. They asked about my payroll background and several questions that started out with, "tell me about a time..."
Very simple. A round table interview with scenario-based questions. They ask mostly about previous interactions with co-workers as well as customers. It is a customer service job and you are dealing with payroll which can get very overwhelming
