I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Paychex (Houston, TX) in Feb 2020
Interview
A recruiter reached out to me about the position. My first phone interview was conducted 2 days later. During the phone interview we went over basic interview questions. After the phone interview I was scheduled for an in-person interview 1 week later. The in-person interview consisted of 2 Sales Managers. During the interview we went over a lot of behavioral question, and also did some role play. (Ask a lot of questions during every interview, and make sure you CLOSE!!). After my interview I was asked my availability to schedule a 3rd interview which would be hosted by the Zone manager. Lucky for me the Zone Manager had some availability the next day. During my 3rd interview with the Zone manager we went over my experience, some scenarios, and he asked me what do I bring to the table. (Make sure you prepare, the Zone Manager will use your answers against you.) I successfully passed all of my interviews, I'm currently awaiting the next steps. The Zone Manager stated that the next step for me would be a ride along or I will be extended an offer.
I'm excited just ready for my offer letter, would anyone know how long Paychex takes to extend an offer letter?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Paychex
Interview
Long and dragged out. Had to do unnecessary tasks to prove that I wanted the role. Ended up getting the job but took 2-3 months. Manager was hard to get ahold of.
