I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Paychex
Interview
The interview process begin with a simple questionnaire, followed by a sales assessment. From there I was asked to do a phone interview with their corporate recruiter, but never made it beyond that. The questions weren't so challenging, however, the recruiter seemed to determine from our half-hour conversation that I was better at building long term sales relationships then the transactional sale that this particular position required to be successful. I was never given the opportunity for a branch interview.
