I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Paychex (Rochester, NY) in Oct 2014
Interview
It was an interesting two interviews. Very high level and broad questions. There were a ton of questions about the scrum process and what the typically meetings were like. Describing how to be agile was another key approach to the interview.
Very straight forward STAR format. The questions were average to answer as long as you’re familiar with STAR based interviews. Outside of that they allowed the ability to ask additional questions at the end and had great conversation.

I was called in for the interview within 2 days. When I came on site I was greeted by the Secretary, whom offered me a drink and snack. THen I was escorted to the conference room, where the first of 3 Managers interviewed me, then came in the second Manager, and finally the Regional Manager. Finally, I met the group.
