Interview
Online assessment / Phone interview -- Thought the interview went great. Got told i would be called for a 2nd interview. Got the 2nd interview. That person seemed very unhappy and upset she had to call me. Didnt go very well. Was told They were definitely looking at me for the position and weeks went by and never got a call back.
Easy and very informative. Questioned were more situation based. I was asked what I knew about the company so I studied the values of the company. I did 2 rounds of interviews. One with a supervisor and another with a hiring manager.
I interviewed through 3 rounds, once with a recruiter, then with a hiring manager and the district manager (at the same time), and then with the VP. They were interested in more than just my experience, they also wanted me to demonstrate knowledge of their respective areas of business.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Paychex in Jul 2025
Interview
Recruiter called me. Easy process. Friendly and prompt. The entire deal took less than 30 minutes of time. Basic questions that one would expect. I was offered the position but I had multiple offers.
